Shipping Policy

Overview

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders of heavy equipment, machinery, and related products purchased from 1Yes Equip Inc ("we," "us," or "our"). Due to the size, weight, and specialized handling requirements of heavy equipment, shipping terms differ from standard parcel deliveries.

Shipping Methods

All heavy equipment shipments are arranged using specialized freight carriers, including but not limited to:

  • Flatbed trucking

  • Lowboy or step-deck trailers

  • Enclosed or specialized transport (when required)

  • HotShots

  • Pick Up Truck & Trailer

The shipping method is selected based on equipment size, weight, destination, and logistical requirements.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are not included in the purchase price unless explicitly stated in writing. Freight charges are calculated based on:

  • Equipment dimensions and weight

  • Delivery distance and location

  • Carrier requirements and fuel surcharges

  • Special handling, permits, or escorts (if applicable)

All shipping costs will be quoted and approved by the customer prior to shipment.

Processing & Dispatch Time

Orders are typically processed within [X] business days after payment is received and cleared. Dispatch timelines may vary depending on equipment availability, inspection requirements, and carrier scheduling.

Estimated shipping or delivery dates are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed.

Delivery Terms

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • All shipments are delivered curbside / dockside only

  • The customer is responsible for unloading equipment upon delivery

  • The customer must have appropriate equipment (e.g., forklift, crane) and qualified personnel available at the delivery site

Additional fees may apply for liftgate service, on-site assistance, or re-delivery attempts.

Access & Site Requirements

The customer is responsible for ensuring the delivery location is accessible for freight trucks and complies with all local regulations. Any delays or additional charges resulting from restricted access, inadequate site preparation, or failed delivery attempts are the responsibility of the customer.

Risk of Loss & Title

Risk of loss and responsibility for the equipment transfer to the customer upon:

  • Pickup by the carrier, or

  • Delivery to the specified location,

whichever occurs first, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Inspection Upon Delivery

The customer must inspect all equipment immediately upon delivery. Any visible damage or discrepancies must be:

  • Noted on the carrier’s delivery receipt (Bill of Lading)

  • Reported to [1Yes Equip Inc within 24 hours of delivery

Failure to do so may result in denial of freight damage claims.

Freight Damage Claims

While we assist with documentation when possible, all freight damage claims must be filed with the carrier. We are not responsible for damage occurring during transit once the equipment has been handed over to the carrier.

Delays & Force Majeure

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, labor disputes, mechanical failures, carrier delays, or government actions.

International Shipping (If Applicable)

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import fees, and additional documentation. The customer is solely responsible for all such charges and compliance with import regulations.

No Cancellations or Refunds on Shipped Orders

Once an order has been shipped or freight arrangements have been made, the order cannot be canceled, refunded, or reversed.
